Justin Mastine-Frost

Montreal to Vancouver, to New York, to Toronto, Justin Mastine-Frost’s career and personal interests have led to his spending quite a bit of time on the road. Starting his professional endeavours in the field of photography, then moving into construction, followed by becoming a certified BMW technician, this unique interplay between visual arts, creation, and problem solving provided a unique background for his entry into editorial. After covering the automotive industry for a number of years, a passion for collecting soon led him into the watch world. His editorial byline has appeared in Esquire, Bloomberg, High Snobiety, Road & Track, and Robb Report, and others. He has also contributed to several noteworthy books on watchmaking, including the Millenium Watch Book series, Sea Time, Bulova: A History of Firsts, and Bvlgari Beyond Time. After taking up residence in Toronto, he is now Director of Digital Content at SHARP Magazine.
