      • Order on or before 11:59 pm ET, Tuesday, December 20, 2022, for Christmas delivery.
    • International
      • Order on or before 11:59 pm ET, Thursday, December 15, 2022, for Christmas delivery.
  • New Year's Delivery (Watches Only)
    • United States
      • Order on or before 11:59 pm ET, Tuesday, December 27, 2022, for New Year's delivery.
    • International
      • Order on or before 11:59 pm ET, Sunday, December 25, 2022, for New Year's delivery.

*Please note that these times are based on FedEx’s 2022 Shipping deadlines for holiday packages. For more information and other considerations on what delivery options to choose at checkout, we recommend viewing FedEx’s Holiday Service Schedule and Shipping Deadlines HERE. We might suggest opting for more expedited shipping options if hoping to have any purchases delivered in time for the Holidays as these schedules and estimations do not take into effect other uncontrollable service delays such as weather conditions or other service disruptions.

  • 2022 Extended Holiday Return Policy (US and Canada Only)
  • Sometimes they don’t love it. Purchase holiday gifts with confidence knowing that we’ve extended our holiday return time-frame. The red sticker must still be on the watch to qualify. The Extended Holiday Return Policy only applies to watches bought on CrownandCaliber.com.
    • Qualifying watches (see below) purchased between 12:00 am ET, Friday, November 25, 2022, and 11:59 pm ET, Tuesday December 20, 2022, and shipped to the U.S. or Canada, are eligible for an extended Holiday returns.
    • For qualifying watches (see below), a return can be requested through 11:59 pm ET, Monday, January 2, 2023.
    • To request a return, the buyer must notify client services on or before 11:59 pm ET, Monday, January 2, 2023.
    • Returned watches must be received at Crown & Caliber on no later than 11:59 pm ET, Friday, January 6, 2023.
  • Though we are extremely flexible with returns, there are a few exclusions, so please read carefully:
    • Items that do NOT qualify for Extended Holiday Return Policy:
      • Accessories (Extended Holiday Return Policy applies to watches only.).
      • Any watch that has been altered or is not in substantially the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. This includes blemishes, mechanical tampering, scratches, dings, or any indications that the watch has been worn by you or resized in any manner.
      • The extended Holiday Return Policy does not apply to watches shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada.
