  • Sometimes they don’t love it. Purchase holiday gifts with confidence knowing that we’ve extended our holiday return time-frame. The red sticker must still be on the watch to qualify. The Extended Holiday Return Policy only applies to watches bought on CrownandCaliber.com.
    • Qualifying watches (see below) purchased between 12:00 am ET, Friday, November 27, 2020, and 11:59 pm ET, Monday December 21, 2020, and shipped to the U.S. or Canada, are eligible for an extended Holiday returns.
    • For qualifying watches (see below), a return can be requested through 11:59 pm ET, Monday, January 4, 2021.
    • To request a return, the buyer must notify client services on or before 11:59 pm ET, Monday, January 4, 2021.
    • Returned watches must be received at Crown & Caliber on no later than 11:59 pm ET, Friday, January 8, 2021.
  • Though we are extremely flexible with returns, there are a few exclusions, so please read carefully:
    • Items that do NOT qualify for Extended Holiday Return Policy:
      • Accessories (Extended Holiday Return Policy applies to watches only.).
      • Any watch listed in “Unworn” condition.
      • Any watch that has been altered or is not in substantially the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. This includes blemishes, mechanical tampering, scratches, dings, or any indications that the watch has been worn by you or resized in any manner.
      • The extended Holiday Return Policy does not apply to watches shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada.
