This is an unworn timepiece in “new-old-stock” condition. The NUMA Sub was originally created to support the National Underwater and Marine Agency (NUMA) founded by author Clive Cussler, which aims to preserve the world’s maritime heritage through discovery, archaeological survey and conservation of shipwreck artifacts. Only 100 pieces were produced with the navy blue dial – this is a special pre-production model from that original run. Comes with original DOXA scuba cylinder presentation box, papers, and manuals. Size: 42.5mm stainless steel case water resistant to 1200 meters, equipped with a helium-release valve, and DOXA’s signature unidirectional rotating dive bezel engraved with the US Navy non-Decompression table. Movement: High grade 25 jewel self-winding Swiss made movement with hacking second function, 42 hours of power reserve. Based on the Alternance 10, and decorated by DOXA.
