Sometimes, even the most experienced watchmakers can't immediately spot a fake watch without opening the case back. Crown & Caliber's watchmakers conduct a thorough inspection of every watch's interior and exterior parts to verify that it's the real thing.
Before a watch leaves our facility, it undergoes a series of tests utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. When necessary, our watchmakers will service the watch to ensure it's running as accurately as possible, after which, it will be refinished to make it look like new.
Once our watchmakers have verified and serviced each watch, they'll do another check for water tightness, accuracy, functionality, and complications. That ensures each watch we sell is Crown & Caliber Certified, to give you an extra measure of confidence.
Crown & Caliber offers a full-year warranty that covers mechanical defects in each watch, to provide you peace of mind that your watch has been in good hands.
Crown & Caliber's watchmakers are among the best in the industry. They work hard to ensure that a seller's watch will be expertly improved and that a buyer receives a product worthy of passing on to the next generation. We recognize that a watch is a unique and often sentimental item, and we are there every step of the way to make sure it is treated with the greatest respect and care.
