Preowned Watch Details
Manufactured in 1966 (1.3 Million Serial Number). This timepiece is in very good condition with a few light scratches on the case consistent with a vintage watch. Leather strap with stainless steel tang buckle is a brand-new aftermarket replacement. Powered by Rolex’s caliber 1570 self-winding mechanical movement. Watch features a "distressed" original dial that has turned to a weathered, silver green hue. Watch is no longer water-resistant due to vintage age.

It is Crown & Caliber Certified Authentic, has undergone any necessary service,. Prior to shipment, the watch will undergo a final quality control to ensure it is functioning as intended. Rolex Stainless Steel Oyster Perpetual Date ref 1500 serial #1.3 million circa 1966. 34mm diameter Oyster case with smooth bezel and acrylic crystal. Featuring a "distressed" original dial that has turned to a weathered, silver green hue. Dial appears originally to have been blue, but there is little if any blue color remaining. Powered by self winding caliber 1570 movement with date. Serviced and detailed and offered with our 1 year warrantee of accurate time keeping and operation. Shown on a suede finish dark green color which nicely complements the watch. A great looking and distinctive vintage model with lots of character for a man or oversized for a woman.
