Watch is in very good pre-owned condition with only a few faint scuffs on the case and some minor flex/stretch in the bracelet consistent with age. Diamond dial, 18k white ruby/diamond bezel, and diamonds on lugs are all custom aftermarket additions. Watch is no longer water resistant because of the aftermarket bezel.
