Depending on the watch, you can expect it to ship within 5-7 business after your order is confirmed and your payment settled. This allows us to perform a quality control check and take care of any outstanding items on our part.
For domestic customers, we offer free shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air insured shipping. We can ship your watch to whatever address you designate, but you must be able to sign for the package. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
For international customers, we use UPS Worldwide Express. There are no extra charges for shipping and we will ship your watch soon after your order is processed. However, before ordering, please contact our Client Services team at (800) 514-3750 to make sure we can offer free shipping to your country. Please note that international customers will have to pay additional customs fees or taxes which will vary based on their country; please click here for more information.
