Preowned Watch Details
Manufactured in 1978 (5.8 Million Serial Number). Watch is in very good vintage condition with some light scratches on the case. Leather strap with gold tone tang buckle is a brand-new aftermarket replacement. Bi-directional elapsed time bezel with original blue insert with antique color pearl. This timepiece features a gorgeous and distinctive natural color-change dial. The dial has evolved naturally from the original cobalt blue to color to one of purple, vermilion, and gold tones with tiny gold specks -resembling a magnificent nighttime view of the Cosmos! Powered by Rolex's caliber 1570 self-winding mechanical movement with sweep seconds and date display at 3 o'clock.

We don't know whether to refer to this as the Cosmos or Star Wars Edition, but either way, it is a unique and distinctive beauty!
