Preowned Watch Details
This model is referred to as the 'Straight Writing' because of the engraved caseback that reads, "FLIGHT QUALIFIED BY NASA FOR ALL MANNED SPACE MISSIONS THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON". This vintage timepiece is in very good pre-owned condition with several small scratches and scuffs on the stainless steel bracelet and along the sides of the watch case. The luminous on the dial and in the watch hands also shows signs of patina consistent with age. Watch has been thoroughly cleaned and serviced, but otherwise left un-refinished as acquired by Crown & Caliber. All photos are of the actual watch being sold. Powered by Omega’s Calibre 861 hand-winding mechanical movement which contains 17 jewels and has an approximate 48-hour power reserve. Serial Number: 32836xxx.
