Preowned Watch Details
The Moonwatch "First Omega in Space" was inspired by the watch worn by astronaut Wally Shirra in 1962 as he orbited the earth during the "Sigma 7" mission. Serial Number: 78783xxx. This timepiece is in overall excellent pre-owned condition with no prominent or noticeable signs of wear. Numbered caseback is embossed with the Speedmaster logo and the words "THE FIRST OMEGA IN SPACE, OCTOBER 3, 1962". Powered by Omega’s caliber 1861 hand-winding mechanical movement with a 48-hour power reserve. Comes with original Omega box, papers (dated April 2018), and manuals.
