GET AN OFFER
Once you submit your watch, we’ll be in touch via email in 3-5 business days. This gives our valuation team time to get our best offer ready.
SHIP YOUR WATCH
We will email you pre-paid, full-insured UPS labels to use when shipping your watch. Box up the watch and drop it off at a UPS location. We’ll take care of everything else.
CERTIFY & INSPECT
After your watch arrives, our watchmakers will double check both the inside and outside of the watch to make sure everything’s good to go.
RECEIVE PAYMENT
We’ll confirm payment once our team has processed your watch. From there, you will receive either a check or in-store credit. As a note, checks are sent on Fridays.
