This model was created by IWC in honor of famed pilot and author, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. His book, "Le Petit Prince," has sold over 150 million copies and has been translated into over 250 languages since its initial publication in 1936. The white gold rotor, which can be viewed through the transparent sapphire case back, has been modeled on the little prince standing on his planet. The IW5027-03 comes on an IWC leather strap with a blue dial. This timepiece is in overall excellent pre-owned condition. All photos are of the actual watch being sold. Powered by IWC's Calibre 52850 self-winding mechanical movement with an impressive power reserve of approximately 168-hour/7-day.
